Where the supplier returns usable information, WixWoo can show supplier shipping details on the product page. Data may include a shipping amount, dispatch information or an estimated delivery period. Not every supplier, product or variant returns the same fields.
Dispatch and delivery are different
Ships within 5 days describes preparation or dispatch time. Delivery Sep 22–29 is an estimated arrival window. Free shipping describes a shipping charge; it does not mean immediate delivery.
Estimates depend on the destination, selected variant, warehouse and available shipping service. The AliExpress website may show an estimate for a different destination or selection from the data returned during import. Treat imported information as a supplier estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.
Check your shop settings
Review the imported product's shipping information and your default delivery time. Your customer shipping settings and any supplier shipping included in the product price are separate choices. A missing supplier estimate is not confirmation of free shipping; review your fallback shipping amount.
Confirm the appropriate service and delivery details for the customer's order before relying on an old imported estimate.
