Mapping matches a supplier category to the WixWoo category where its products belong. It does not import products by itself.
1. Choose your supplier and load categories
Open Categories and select your supplier. Use Sync Categories when you need to fetch the supplier category list.
2. Find the categories you want
Browse a branch or search by category name, path or supplier ID. Where Open and Use buttons appear, Open shows subcategories and Use loads that branch for mapping. Narrow the selection to products you actually intend to sell.
3. Select and match
Select the supplier categories, choose the appropriate WixWoo category target, then choose Map selected categories. Check the saved mapping before continuing. Different kinds of products should be mapped to suitable categories separately.
4. Review, then import
Check product counts where available, then go to Find products. Clear selected mappings removes category links; it is not a product-deletion action. Avoid mapping an entire broad branch to an unrelated category.
If the target control is disabled, load supplier categories and select the categories first. Import settings determine what happens when a product has no mapped category; guided review may also require you to choose a category before confirming.
