You choose text and image models separately in AI options. The administrator controls the available models and the default for each task. Your OpenAI account must also have access to the model you select.
Choosing a model
Use the available economy, balanced and higher-cost choices to compare results on a small batch. A more expensive model does not guarantee a better result for every product. The dropdown is the current list of models available on WixWoo.
Use admin default follows the administrator's selected default. If a model you explicitly chose becomes unavailable, choose another available model and save; WixWoo does not silently replace that explicit selection.
Who is charged?
OpenAI charges usage to the account belonging to your saved API key. WixWoo's administrator key is not used. Saving a key or choosing a model is not a purchase of an AI usage allowance.
Reading the cost guide
The AI costs explained panel shows reference input and output rates per one million tokens for your selected models. Input covers material sent to the model; output covers its response. Image checks also consume usage, with the amount depending on the model and image processing.
GBP estimates are shown first, with USD reference prices alongside. Check the date and exchange-rate note in the guide. These are estimates, not a fixed per-product charge or a live bill; exchange rates, taxes and current provider pricing may affect the amount paid.
Longer descriptions, more images, larger batches and retries can increase usage. Review your OpenAI account usage after a small test before scaling up. The guide is not a spending cap.
For current rates, see OpenAI API pricing.
