Connect the supplier account you intend to use for stock checks and supplier orders. Your supplier connection is separate from the optional OpenAI connection.
BigBuy, CJ Dropshipping and Matterhorn
- Open Dropshipping and select the supplier, then Supplier connection or its Settings link.
- Enter your own supplier API key. Choose a catalogue language if the option is available.
- Choose Save and Test Connection and read Current Status.
- Resolve any connection error before importing.
AliExpress
- Open AliExpress Settings and enter your AppKey and App Secret.
- Save the credentials, then choose Authorize AliExpress Seller Account.
- Complete authorisation with AliExpress and return to WixWoo.
- Check Current Status, the authorised account and token expiry. Reauthorise if the connection has expired.
Use the return address shown on the connection page when configuring your AliExpress application. Dev and live are separate sites.
Saved credentials are masked. Use the new-key field to replace them; follow the field instructions to keep an existing secret. Remove Saved Key disconnects that saved credential. Never include API keys or App Secrets in support messages or screenshots.
