WixWoo supports dropshipping with BigBuy, CJ Dropshipping, AliExpress and Matterhorn Wholesale. The suppliers you can use depend on your active dropshipping plan and which providers WixWoo has enabled.
Your first import: follow these steps
- Check access. Choose a dropshipping plan that includes your supplier. This is separate from your regular selling plan.
- Connect your supplier. Open Dropshipping, select your supplier and use Supplier connection. Save and test your own supplier credentials. AliExpress also requires seller account authorisation.
- Set up categories. Use Categories to match supplier categories to suitable WixWoo categories.
- Choose import rules. In Import settings, check pricing, supplier shipping, images, stock, delivery and publishing. Save your settings for each supplier.
- Find a small test batch. Use Find products. The available search and category tools vary by supplier.
- Review and publish. Check the imported draft, including variants and customer price, before publishing it.
The Overview page shows your connection, import and sync status. Use the supplier tabs to change supplier without confusing one supplier's settings with another's.
