Your dropshipping plan controls which suppliers you can access and any product, category or image limits. Check the current plan page for the suppliers, price, duration and limits included before purchasing.
A dropshipping plan is separate from a regular WixWoo selling plan. A supplier-specific plan does not automatically unlock every supplier.
If a supplier is missing
- Check that your dropshipping plan is active and includes that supplier.
- Check whether a payment is still awaiting approval.
- If access still looks incorrect, contact WixWoo support with your plan and supplier name.
How the optional AI add-on differs
AI availability is controlled separately by WixWoo. When enabled, you can use your own OpenAI API key for supported import features across BigBuy, CJ Dropshipping, AliExpress and Matterhorn. AI usage is charged to your OpenAI account; it is not included as free usage in your dropshipping plan.
