1. Find products
Open Find products and select the supplier. Use the search or mapped-category import tools provided for that supplier. AliExpress search accepts keywords, a product number such as 1005002208208665, or an AliExpress product URL in the same search field.
2. Confirm your selection
Start with a small batch. In guided AliExpress review, check the category and available product information before confirming and adding the selection. Finding a product is not the same as importing or publishing it.
3. Wait for processing
Imports run in the background. The batch page shows waiting, importing, ready-for-review and attention states for that batch. Use Refresh progress if needed.
4. Review drafts
Open Review and edit draft, check the title, description, gallery, variants, category, price, stock and delivery information, then save. If it opens in a new tab, return to the batch page afterwards.
5. Publish
Tick the drafts you have checked or use Select all drafts for the eligible drafts in the batch. Check the selection count, then choose Publish selected drafts. Selecting all does not review the content for you.
For other import screens, follow the saved publish behaviour and review drafts from your product list. AI-processed results stay as drafts. If an import fails, inspect any partly created product and the error before retrying to avoid duplicates.
