Choose the supplier that fits your shop

WixWoo supports separate dropshipping packages, so sellers can choose one supplier or a combined package when they want access to all available integrations.

BigBuy

Large European catalogue

Use BigBuy product data, category mapping, image limits, stock controls, pricing rules and supplier order checks from your own BigBuy API account.

CJ Dropshipping

Global dropshipping products

Import CJ products with images, options, variants and price controls, then keep stock and supplier order information moving through WixWoo.

Matterhorn Wholesale

Fashion focused wholesale

Import fashion products, size options, supplier shipping estimates and profit calculations while keeping product publishing under seller control.

How it works

The dropshipping tools are built for sellers who want control before products go live.

Choose a package

Pick BigBuy, CJ Dropshipping, Matterhorn Wholesale, or an all-suppliers package.

Connect your API key

Add your supplier credentials inside your WixWoo dashboard. Keys are saved against your seller account.

Map categories

Choose supplier categories and map them to the WixWoo categories you want to sell in.

Set import rules

Control markup, rounding, stock thresholds, images, shipping fallback and whether imports start as drafts.

Import and review

Products can be imported as drafts first, so titles, images, descriptions and options can be checked.

Track supplier orders

Paid marketplace orders are linked to supplier order checks, submission status, shipping costs and estimated profit.

Dropshipping plans are separate from normal selling plans

Regular WixWoo selling packages remain available for sellers who do not need supplier imports. Dropshipping packages unlock supplier-specific menus and automation.

Compare Plans
  • Use your own supplier API account.
  • Only active supplier packages show in the seller dashboard.
  • Products can be disabled if a dropshipping package expires.
  • Automatic cron jobs handle syncs and supplier order processing.
Tip: Start with a small mapped category, review imported drafts, then expand once your pricing and shipping settings look right.

Common questions

Do I need my own supplier account?

Yes. Each seller connects their own supplier API key, so supplier costs, wallets and supplier payments stay connected to that seller account.

Are products published automatically?

You choose the import behaviour. Draft mode is recommended while testing because it lets you review products before they appear on the live site.

What happens when stock runs out?

WixWoo can disable out-of-stock supplier products so buyers do not purchase products that are no longer available from the supplier.

Can I control my profit?

Yes. Import settings include markup, rounding, supplier shipping fallback and estimated profit views for supplier orders.
