Open Import settings, choose your supplier and save the rules you want applied to future imports. Review each supplier separately. Changing import settings is not a bulk rewrite of existing product content; stock and price updates follow the separate sync process.
Pricing and supplier shipping
- Price source: the supplier amount used before markup.
- Markup: a percentage or fixed amount added to the cost.
- Add supplier shipping before markup: includes the supplier shipping amount in the cost before markup when enabled.
- Fallback supplier shipping amount: used when an import-time supplier estimate is unavailable.
- Rounding: applied after the pricing calculation, for example rounding up to .99.
For example, a £20 supplier price plus £3 supplier shipping, with a 35% markup, gives £31.05 before rounding. The percentage is your saved setting, not a universal fixed rate. This selling price is not your final profit: other selling costs and fees still matter.
Images, stock and publishing
- Choose the image mode and maximum images per product.
- Set a stock threshold to skip products with insufficient supplier stock.
- Choose a default delivery time for cases where no supplier-specific option is available.
- Set the unmapped-category behaviour and publish behaviour.
Review the customer price before publishing. Guided AliExpress imports and AI-processed results are kept as drafts for review. Optional AI settings are described in the AI guides in this Help Centre.
