Dropshipping on WixWoo

WixWoo can automatically check supplier stock and prices through the dropshipping task runner.

When products go out of stock, WixWoo can disable or hide them so customers do not buy unavailable items. When stock returns, products can be reactivated depending on the sync result and product settings.

What sellers should know

• Stock and price syncs run automatically when the WixWoo cron is active.
• You may also see a manual sync button for testing or urgent updates.
• Supplier prices can change, so your final customer prices may change after sync.
• Products skipped by stock threshold will not import until they meet the threshold.

If a product looks wrong after a sync, check the Recent Activity section in your dropshipping dashboard.
